Holiday Giving Luncheon for BCE!

The Carlton Area Chamber of Commerce and Streetcar Kitchen & Pub have partnered with Best Christmas Ever to bring some much-needed Christmas magic to a local family facing devastating circumstances.

We would love your help in making this happen.

🎄 Holiday Luncheon

Friday, December 12th | 12:00–1:30 PM
Streetcar Kitchen & Pub – Side Room

Join us for lunch as we hear from a representative of Best Christmas Ever, the nonprofit supporting this deserving family. Together, let’s wrap them in love and support.

Menu:
Champagne chicken, roasted red potatoes, garden salad, cookies, punch, and water.

Minimum Lunch Donation:
We are asking for a minimum goodwill donation of $20 for lunch, and we hope attendees feel moved to give more if they’re able. We can accept cash, check, or Venmo, so please come prepared knowing this.

We’ll also be doing a 50/50 drawing, so bringing a little extra cash is encouraged!

And let’s have some fun with it—come dressed in something festive! Pull out your favorite Christmas sweater, add a little holiday sparkle, and plan to join us for a group photo to capture the spirit of the season.

During the event, you’ll also have the chance to take a tag from the Giving Tree displayed in the restaurant. However, if you bring a gift card with you to the luncheon, you’ll be entered into a drawing for Streetcar gift cards.

🎁 Items, Gift Cards & Family Experiences Needed

We are specifically looking for gift cards from:

• Super One

• Walmart

• Premiere Theatres

• L&M Supply

• Local gas stations

We are also hoping to bless the family with memberships and experiences, such as:

• Lake Superior Zoo

• Lake Superior Aquarium

• Other family-friendly attractions and activities

If your business offers experiences, services, or items that could benefit this family, we’d love to include them.

We are also working to raise $10,000 for the family. We’re not there yet and we need all the support we can get. All funds and gifts must be collected by December 18th.

If you’re unable to join us but would still like to support the family, you can:

• Visit the Streetcar, grab a tag from the Giving Tree, purchase the item, and return it.

• Donate directly through the fundraising link below.

• Connect with the Chamber if your business would like to contribute a service, membership, experience, or gift card.

We will also share updates with our members and Facebook community recognizing how your generosity helped bless this family.
