AMCS Graduation Plan Survey & AMCS Diploma Names
If you are a part time AMCS student... you do not need to fill out this survey.
If you already filled out this survey, you do not need to respond to this survey again.
You will need to have the matching regalia for each school where you are going to participate in the ceremony. This could mean ordering 2 sets of caps and gowns... depending on the colors. AMCS students wear a black robe and cap, a gold and green tassel, and a gold stole.

Updates from UAA Middle College Advisors
Middle College Advising
If you have UAA questions or course concerns, you can email Ms. Camacho or Ms. Brekke, or you can schedule a Zoom appointment at https://uaa.campus.eab.com/.
Look for a Middle College five-week check-in email on Monday, 2/10/25. Take a couple of minutes to let us know how you are doing. We want to keep you on track & doing well!

Seniors
If you are going to UAA, the address to send your high school transcript: UAA Office of Admissions, Enrollment Services Center, 3211 Providence Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508.
If you are attending another institution, go to their admission's website for the address to send your ASD and UAA transcript.
To complete your college/university admission, you will need to send your final high school transcript after graduation.
UA 2025-2026 Scholarship Deadline FEBRUARY 15, 2025
If you applied to a UA school for the fall 2025, and still need to fill out the General University of Alaska Scholarship application, go to https://apply.mykaleidoscope.com/Alaska/AlaskaGeneralApplication2025.
UAA Summer 2025 Course Schedule Viewable in UAOnline
If you are not 18 years old, and you want to take a UAA SU25 course on your own, email either advisor, your parent/guardian's first and last name, and their email. Middle College advisors will send a DocuSign to complete so that you can register when registration begins for pending degree-seeking students on 2/10/25.
What is Tax Form 1098-T?
You, or your parent/guardian may receive a 1098-T tax notification from UAA. If you or your parent/guardian have questions regarding the 1098-T, please call the UAA Office of the Bursar at 907-786-1440. The UAA Bursar's Office can answer questions about your 1098-T but cannot give tax advice.
If you see a balance on your UAA Account or receive a tuition bill from UAA, please ignore. AMCS will take care of all tuition.
APS Scholarship
Alaska Performance Scholarship:
There have been updates to this program, and the requirement for SAT or ACT scores is now an optional requirement. Please check out the ACPE website for the new updates and email the counselors for more information. The amount of the scholarship has also increased! Our goal is for every AMCS graduate to qualify for the APS Scholarship. You can now also review your APS status in StudentConnect or ParentConnect.
Transcript requests
High School Transcripts are requested through Scriborder. Students can request now to have their final transcript sent at the end of the school year.
To transfer their college credit to a different institution, students must also request a transcript from UAA using UAOnline
Students with last name A-L, your counselor will be Mrs. Utterback: utterback_johanna@asdk12.org
