Without this consent form completed, Plano ISD nurses, counselors, and staff cannot provide these services as of September 1, 2025. This includes routine visits with Nurse Amber or check-ins with our school counselor, Ms. Hardy. More information from Plano ISD is included.

(Kids Invite Someone Special) at Aldridge Elementary - You are invited to join your student for lunch on Friday, September 26th during their regular lunch time in the cafeteria. You will sign in at the front office. You must bring a valid photo ID in order to be admitted in for the lunch. RSVP- due by September 8th at noon.

Excuses for Absences

• When your child returns to school, you will have 3 school days to upload an excuse in SKYWARD.
• If it’s a medical appointment, you must have a note from the doctor to upload to SKYWARD.

Late Arrivals:

• If your child arrives after 7:40 a.m., they will be marked tardy. Please escort your child to the front office.
• Having 3 tardies will count as 1 unexcused absence.

Prevent Truancy:

• No more than 10 absences a year.
• After 10 absences, a doctor’s note will be required to excuse an absence.
