Community Newsletter
Hello Reilly Community,
Veterans Day Assembly: On Friday, November 6, at 1:00 PM, we will hold our annual Veterans Day Assembly to honor those who have served our country. Families who would like to recognize a veteran, including those we wish to honor in memory, are encouraged to complete the form below. Invitations will be sent home with students once the information is received.
Progress Reports: Progress reports for Grades Kโ4 will be sent home on Friday, October 23rd.
ALICE Safety Drill: Today, we successfully completed our ALICE safety drill at the Reilly School. Students and staff did an excellent job following directions and practicing our emergency response procedures. Due to the rainy weather, we modified the evacuation portion of the drill, and students practiced moving toward their designated exits. Classes will practice the full evacuation route to the Sullivan School when weather permits. I want to thank our students and staff for taking the drill seriously and helping us maintain a safe and prepared school community.
Grade 4 Concert: Our fourth graders will perform their first concert of the year on Friday, October 23, at 9:15 AM. As always, the concert will be streamed live on YouTube for families who are unable to attend in person.
Candy Donations for Trunk or Treat: Trunk or Treat will be Wednesday, October 21 at 5:00. In preparation for Trunk or Treat, the PTO is accepting candy donations for the event. If you are donating, please send the candy to school with your child and have them bring it to the Main Office. If you have any questions, please contact the PTO at reillyschoolpto@gmail.com.
Have a great weekend!

Introducing Wayfinder at the Reilly
Lowell Public Schools has partnered with Wayfinder, an evidence-based social-emotional learning (SEL) program that supports students in building a strong sense of belonging, purpose, and future-ready skills.
Wayfinderโs curriculum focuses on six Core Skills: Self-Awareness, Adaptability, Empathy, Collaboration, Agency, and Purpose. We are excited to begin implementing Wayfinder as our Tier I SEL curriculum at the Reilly this school year!
We look forward to supporting our students as they develop these important skills and build the confidence, connections, and sense of purpose they need to thrive in school and beyond.
