PSO Meeting Minutes

Thank you to all of you that joined our very first PSO meeting on September 12th. We have made the preliminary meeting minutes available on the website.

9/25 - 9/29: Spirit Week

9/29: Fun Run

Spirit Week:

Show your school spirit during the week of September 25th! Spirit Week Daily theme calendar is attached below.

Fun Run : 9/29

Our first Fun Run will be on September 29th. Pledge Packets and Registration instructions being sent home 9/15/2023.

If you would like to volunteer on the day of, add your name to the volunteer list and we will assign you a duty! Make sure you completed the volunteer application through TTSD.

1. Register for the fundraiser : login to your parent dashboard here at getmovinfundhub.com.

2. Use School Identifier: 64f338cfc5d68

3. On the parent dashboard, make sure your child has been successfully added to our fundraising event

4. Complete the student page - You have complete control for what student information is or is not visible on the page.

5. Make an online donation using the red Donate button right away

6. Easily share the student page with friends and family all over the country with text messages and/or E-mails

Please register, even if you don't plan to share a student page.

• You have complete control of information provided on the student page.
• Even if you don’t want to share the easy to donate online page, please still register so we can add in your cash/check pledges . This allows you to see that your cash/check donations were accounted for.
• Student pages can NOT be searched/found online without providing your personal link. It can only be accessed if you share the link.
• Every student that is registered online will be entered into a weekly drawing for fun prizes.

PSO Executive Board

We have officially filled ALL of the PSO Executive Board positions. Welcome Todd Underwood (Vice President, Kristen Underwood (Secretary) and Stacy Donin (Secretary). Check out the website to learn more about the Executive Board.

We Need Volunteers and Committee Chairs

We will have several activities and events as we get started to kick off the school year and we will need your support. We have only filled 2 committee chair roles. If you have any interest in leading the planning efforts for any of the events, we NEED you! Check out the roles here.
