Students With Driving Lessons
Students who take Behind the Wheel classes through a local driving school must have a parent call them in each time, just like any other request for a student to leave school. We are not affiliated with any driving school and they do not communicate with us regarding lessons nor do they let us know of any cancellations or changes in regard to weather.
Also, because we do not offer driver's ed classes, these absences do count toward student's 10 occurrences and are parent excused as long as they are within those ten days.
If you are looking for possible Driver's Education classes, including Behind the Wheel, these are companies that have let us know they are in our area:
- Cruisin' Safely at https://www.cruisinsafely.com/drivers-education
- Ries Driving School at https://riesdrivingschool.com/
