SES READS!!!

Today was our SES Reads Celebration and WOW did we have fun! Thanks to all of our SES families for reading along with us this year. As we've said before, we look forward to this event every year and it's always a great time. Today we hatched penguin eggs, learned to Penguin waddle, played in snow, learned to draw penguins, enjoyed a character meet and greet and photo booth, we raced toboggans and danced a penguin dance. We also watched the 2011 Jim Carrey very Mr. Popper's Penguins. It's been another great ending to another great book! We'd like to give a special Shout Out to our Title 1 Reading teachers, Mrs. Wallace and Mrs. Thomas for organizing all of this, and to our entire staff for pulling together and pitching in for our kids.
