π May May Success at LVES! π
During the month of May, we celebrated many exciting events at Lewisville Elementary!
- We celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week and want to thank all of our families for the thoughtful gifts, kind notes, and love shown to our teachers and staff.
- We also hosted Thinkapalooza, organized by our GT facilitator, where students had the opportunity to participate in creative, engaging, and hands-on learning activities.
- To celebrate Motherβs Day, we welcomed families to enjoy Pastries with Parents, creating special memories together.
- This month, we proudly welcomed back our graduating seniors β former ponies who are now graduating from high school! It was inspiring for our students to see the success of our former learners.
- We also had the opportunity to welcome students from Mill Street as they visited our campus and began building connections with our school community.
- In addition, we hosted our Book Fair, where students had the opportunity to explore and select books to enjoy at home while encouraging a love of reading.
Thank you for your continued support in making our school community so special!

π School Supplies for Next Year
Thanks to several generous donations, our school has been blessed to receive many school supplies, and the campus will purchase the remaining items needed. Because of this, families will only need to provide a few supplies for next school year.
3 Lysol Disinfectant Wipes
2- Boxes of Tissues
1 roll of paper towels
1 box Ziploc Baggies - Quart Size (girls)
1 box Ziploc Baggies - Gallon Size (boys)
2 Expo Black Dry Erase Markers
1 Pair of Headphones with Universal USB-C Compatibility
Please bring these items during Meet the Teacher Night. At that time, student backpacks and supplies will already be organized and delivered directly to classroom teachers so students are ready for the very first day of school.
We hope this helps save families money and makes preparation easier.
