📝 Annual Forms 📝 Annual Forms

These forms, which include the Student Verification and Student Health forms, are required for all students each year.

Please complete the forms through your Skyward Parent Portal. Be sure to log in using the Parent Portal, not the Student Portal. You can reach the portal by clicking “Login” at the link below.

Click to complete Annual Forms: www.pfisd.net/skyward

Please remember the following:

  • The forms are available for the parent/guardian listed as Parent 1 in Skyward. If you do not see the forms, please check with other parents/guardians.
  • If you move over the summer, you must contact your home campus regarding your change of address. If your address change results in an attendance zone change, you must complete the online forms for the new campus. Please submit an updated proof of residency document to the new campus. New online forms will be available once the address is up-to-date in Skyward.

If you need a Skyward Family Access account or have additional questions, email Skyward support at parentportal@pfisd.net or your campus registrar. In the email to the parent portal support, include your name, your student’s name, and your student’s school.

Update Contact Information

If you haven’t recently checked to make sure your information is current, take a moment to update your contact info in Skyward.

This ensures we can reach you quickly if there’s ever an emergency or important update. It’s also how you’ll get your child’s progress report and report cards directly to your inbox this year.

📵 Personal Device Use During the School Day 📵 Personal Device Use During the School Day

In accordance with Texas House Bill 1481, Pflugerville ISD prohibits students from using personal wireless communication devices during school hours. The law requires all Texas school districts to restrict student use of these devices and defines a personal wireless communication device as any wireless electronic communication device, other than a school-issued device used for instructional purposes, that is capable of transmitting or receiving data.

Items that must now be put away on Pflugerville ISD campuses from bell to bell:
  • Personal cell phones
  • Tablets
  • Gaming devices
  • Smart watches
  • Bluetooth headphones or earbuds
  • Fitness trackers that can send or receive messages
  • Personal computers not being used for instructional purposes
  • Two-way radios
  • Pagers
  • Any other device capable of digital communication.

What this means for Pflugerville ISD:

  • Devices must be stored out of sight and not in use during school hours
  • Exceptions will be made for documented medical needs and special education accommodations.

The law is designed to support student learning, reduce distractions, and limit the potential for cyberbullying. To help students adjust, families are encouraged to speak with their students about this change and perhaps consider practicing being device-free at home.

Immunizations

Students must have up-to-date immunizations to attend school. Email records to shots@pfisd.net (include student name, date of birth, grade, and campus).

Low-Cost Immunizations

Eligible students can receive state-required vaccines for a $5 administration fee through PfISD's partnership with Texas Vaccines for Children. Contact your school nurse to schedule an appointment. Questions? Call Health Services at 512-594-1983.

Back-to-School Vaccine Clinic

August 6, 2026 | 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | PACE High School

Student Medications

Daily medications require a Medication Administration form signed by both a parent/guardian and physician. Forms for asthma, allergies, diabetes, and seizures are available on the Health Services webpage.

Athletics Physicals

Students participating in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year must have a current physical completed after April 1, 2026 on the official UIL Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form. Submit completed physicals directly to the student's coach, campus athletic trainer, or Athletics Department—not the school nurse, as this may delay processing.

Standard Response Protocols

As we head into a new school year, we encourage families to review PfISD’s Standard Response Protocols (SRP). These protocols help students, staff and families understand what to expect during an emergency, including Hold, Secure, Lockdown, Evacuate and Shelter.

Taking a few minutes to review these protocols can help everyone feel prepared and know how to respond if an emergency occurs.

Learn more about PfISD’s Standard Response Protocols and campus emergency drills on our Safety & Emergency Management webpage.

🚌 Transportation 🚌 Transportation

Transportation & Student ID Cards

PfISD Transportation is committed to providing safe, reliable bus service for eligible students. Bus routes are planned with safety and efficiency in mind, and all buses are driven by trained professionals dedicated to student care.

New this school year: All PfISD students will receive new student ID cards with contactless technology. Students who ride the bus will tap their card when boarding and exiting, helping the district know when students are on and off the bus and improving transportation safety and efficiency.

Middle and high school students will also use their cards as their school ID, while elementary students will receive a student ID card for the first time. Students can also use their cards for everyday school activities, including purchasing meals, checking out library books and attending athletic events and other campus activities.

Important: The cards do not track a student's location. The technology only records when a student taps their card when boarding or exiting a school bus.

Families will receive more information about the new student ID cards, including how they work and when students will receive them.

To find bus routes, check transportation eligibility or learn more, visit www.pfisd.net/transportation.
