All 7th graders are required to have a Tdap (adult tetanus) vaccine, unless they have a medical or religious exemption. Please provide a copy to the school.

If your child uses an inhaler or epinephrine, please have one available here at school. Your student may carry their own or keep it in the nurse's office. For questions or more information, please contact Nurse Sarah at sgantenbein@fremont25.org.
