Kindergarten Signing Day
On Thursday, May 22, we hosted our very first Kindergarten Signing Day event. It was a great opportunity to welcome our newest students and their families to our school community.
During the event, students had the chance to tour the school, explore their classrooms, and meet new friends. They also met our kindergarten teachers and paraprofessionals. Families were able to ask questions, connect with staff, and learn more about what to expect in the upcoming school year.

Field Day Dates
Tuesday, May 26 - CD, K, 1 Field Day
Wednesday, May 27 - Grades 2-3 Field Day
Thursday, May 28 - Grades 4-5 Field Day
Field Day Visitor Policy
Due to safety and monitoring considerations, only adults aged 19 and older who present a valid ID will be permitted to attend Field Day as visitors. This expectation allows our staff to maintain clear supervision of all students and helps us ensure that all activities run smoothly and securely.
We kindly ask that children and individuals under the age of 19 do not attend the event as guests. While we understand that younger siblings and family members may be interested in attending, limiting attendance to adults helps us maintain a focused and safe environment for all students involved. Visitors will be admitted no earlier than 8:30 AM on Field Days.
Field Day Dress Guidelines
Suggested Items/ Dress Guidelines
Hat/sun visor
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Towel for sitting and drying off
Large Ziploc or plastic bag to place wet clothes into at day’s end
Dry change of clothes inside a Ziploc bag
A small light bag to carry all belongings in
Clothing
Many students may choose to wear a t-shirt and shorts for the entire day including the water slide activities. Students who choose to wear a bathing suit for the morning games must wear it to school under their clothing. If a student chooses to wear a swimsuit, the following guidelines must be followed:
- Girls may wear a one piece bathing suit with maximum coverage and must wear shorts with the bathing suit. They will not be allowed to take off their shorts.
- Boys may wear swim trunks and a t-shirt. They will not be allowed to remove the t-shirt.
All students will need a set of clothing in a labeled bag other than the clothing that they wear to school in the morning. The students will change into their dry clothing after the field day events if necessary. If a student does not bring a set of clothing to change at the end of the day, they will not be allowed to participate in the water activities.
It is also recommended that students wear shoes during the morning events instead of flip flops or sandals.
