Picture Day is coming up on September 16th. P3 students and those absent will be photographed on retake day on October 29th.

Academy of Angel students will wear an outfit of their choice.

K-8 students wear their uniforms.

Paper order forms have been sent home. You can also order online at here with the code 0117MJF. Order before Picture Day to receive free shipping to the school.

The days are upon us where our students are wearing coats and fleeces to school. The office staff HIGHLY suggests labeling these items with your student's name as many of them end up in our lost and found. If an item is labeled, we can get it back to it's rightful owner. If items aren't labeled it's a guessing game as to who it belongs to as we have over 400 students and they all have the same SMS fleece! These labels work well or simply write your student's name on the tag of the item.

Our Jr. Drama Club cast and crew members will present Finding Nemo Jr. on October 16 and 17 at 7:00 PM in the auditorium. Tickets will be for sale at the doors starting at 6:30 PM each night. We hope to see many of you come out to support the 100+ students involved in this performance.

Our Fall Can Drive is in full swing, and the competition is heating up! St. Michael’s is holding on to a narrow lead — but every can counts!

Educational Apparel will be here for the winter uniform sale on October 14 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. This is a great time to be sure you have pants, long-sleeved, and layering items to keep warm during the winter months.

The 25-26 Class T-Shirts have arrived and have been sent home with your student. These shirts may be worn by students on gym days and at other specified times throughout the year.

All students who plan to play a sport at St. Michael School will need a sports physical. Please take all paper work to be signed by a physician and then upload to Final Forms. Physicals must be completed before the athlete will be able to begin practices or play in games with the team.

Basketball Registration is open for any athlete in grades 3-8 who is interested in playing basketball for the 2025-2026 season. Please register here for the upcoming season.

3rd-6th grade leagues will be through the Findlay YMCA, do not register via the YMCA - use the link above. Grades 7-8 will primarily play in non-league games against local schools.

The SMS Spirit Wear Store is now OPEN! Click HERE to get your SMS Spirit Wear and 25-26 Basketball warmups for any athlete playing basketball. The store will stay open until Sunday September 28th.

St. Michael the Archangel Chesterton Academy is working with a local business to provide spirit wear to our families! Our spirit store is open and will remain open through SEPTEMBER 28. All items will be delivered to St. Michael School for distribution.

Interested students in grades 7, 8, and 9 are able to claim a FREE short-sleeve t-shirt and ALL of our spirit wear may be worn by students on our Food & Fellowship days. These events are every second Wednesday of the month and more information is available on our website!

The parish is looking for more altar servers to help serve at Mass. Training for new altar servers will begin in September for students in fifth grade and up. All current altar servers and those interested in becoming altar servers are asked to complete the registration form.

Shopping for Dollars orders can be placed online, through the RaiseRight app, or through school. School orders are placed on the second and fourth MONDAYS of the month August - May. Order are usually here for distribution on Thursdays.
