PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, AS THE ENTRY DOORS WILL CLOSE WHEN THE CONCERTS START

All Student Performers will enter the building through door 7 in the main u-drive into the orchestra. Parents will not be allowed past this point for crowd control and security reasons. TWHS Orchestras will be at the door to help all younger students find the correct uncasing room.

Everyone attending the concert will enter the building through doors 3 and 4 and line up in the front foyer before being admitted to the auditorium. Parents/guardians, once you drop your student off at door 7, walk down the sidewalk to the right to get to doors 3 and 4. Please be aware that another concert may still be going on in the auditorium when you arrive, so please be quiet in the lobby.

Students should arrive at 9:15 AM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in the Blackbox

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 11:00 AM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in 138 and the Choir Room. Students need to arrive wearing their green Fine Arts T-shirt and blue jeans to the concert.

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 12:15 AM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in LGI 2

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 1:30 PM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in the Cafeteria

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 3:00 PM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in 138, The Choir Room, and Lgi 2

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 4:30 PM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in the cafeteria, at tables labeled with their orchestras name.

Parents should drop their students at Door 7 and then walk up the sidewalk to the front doors of the school and proceed into the auditorium.

Students should arrive at 6:30 PM and enter the building through Door 7 into the Orchestra Room. TWHS Orchestra Students will be there to provide directions.

Students will unpack in 138 (phil/camerata) LGI 2 (Concert & Symphony) and the Choir Room (Chamber).
