EJMS Families,

We have a busy six weeks remaining in the school year! A separate Remind message was sent directly to 8th grade families, but here is a list of 8th grade end of year information.

Fees from Chromebook Damages

According to the Chromebook contract that was signed at the beginning of the school year: Failure to pay fees may mean students cannot participate in school-sponsored events.

Please note: all school fees, including Chromebook damage replacement costs, must be paid in full in order for students to be eligible to attend extracurricular activities which includes field trips and dances.

Please make sure you login to IC parent portal and pay any outstanding fees on your child’s account. You can also bring money to the office to be applied to the account balance.

Online Registration is OPEN for the 2025-26 School Year

ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR) is now open for the 2025-26 school year. Please help by going online and registering for next year. You can register your entire family at one time, even if children attend different schools in the district. OLR completion is one required step to ensure your child receives their Chromebook at the beginning of next school year without delay. Thank you in advance! STEPS:

1. Click the link above.

2. Click "Existing Families"

3. Log into Infinite Campus

4. On the menu click "More"

5. Click the last option is "Online Household Registration"

6. Complete the process there. When completed it will give you a confirmation number. No need to save that unless you want to!

Reminders Regarding EJMS Expectations

Families, as the weather gets warmer, we want to remind our school family of the approved dress code. You can read the entire policy here. One specific area that we notice is the increase of shirts being cut around the neckline that reveal undergarments. A reminder that the dress code states the following:

Section 4: Students may not wear:

Any clothing that reveals visible undergarments (waistbands and straps included)
