As we head into the next few weeks, I want to thank our students and staff for their continued hard work and positive energy throughout the school year. Next week, we will begin CMAS testing, and we are proud of the effort our students have put into their learning to prepare. We encourage families to help set students up for success by ensuring they get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time each day. While testing is an important opportunity for students to show what they know, we also want to remind everyone to stay relaxed and simply do their best. Thank you for your continued partnership and support of our school community.

Bunnies hop and flowers bloom,

Springtime chases winter’s gloom.

Bright eggs hide in grass so green,

Waiting to be found and seen.

Laughter, sunshine, skies so blue,

Easter brings fresh starts for you!

Kindness, joy, and smiles so sweet—

Happy Easter to all we meet!

Due to CMAS and the expectation that students should not have homework during the testing window, Homework Club is canceled 4/8 and 4/15.

We will resume for the final two sessions on 4/22 and 4/29.

As CMAS testing begins, your encouragement makes a big difference! Remind your child that this is simply a chance to show what they’ve learned. There’s no need to feel pressure. Help them come to school prepared each day with a good night’s sleep, a healthy breakfast, and a positive mindset. Encourage them to take their time, read carefully, and do their best on each question. Most importantly, reassure them that their effort matters more than any score. We are proud of their hard work!
