For those of you planning to join us tomorrow for the Annual Parade in Alexandria here are some details for arrival. Have a great time!
Participant check-in will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. In the interest of keeping everyone happy and the line moving quickly at registration we ask that only your group leader check in at registration to confirm your final staging block position. Each participant will not need to check in individually.
Your Staging Area: I (eye) BLOCK
Please see the attached map for your block location. Volunteers will be positioned at the intersection of each parade block to help guide your group and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in is located at the corner of Wilkes and South Saint Asaph Streets on the grounds of Lyles Crouch Elementary School. You will receive your exact position within your assigned block at check in. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., and everyone is asked to report no later than 10:00 a.m.
