Cunha Intermediate School
Week of May 18th to May 22nd
And just like that, we have finished our last 5-day week of the school year. Here are a few exciting things that happened this week:
- Congratulations to the Super Bowl winners! It was amazing to see how many students participated either by competing or by cheering on their peers.
- If you weren't at the Youth Cinema Project screening, you absolutely missed out! Our students showcased their talent for acting, screenwriting, editing, lighting and much more!
- Seven 6th graders participated in a reading challenge for Quarter 4. Kudos to Alexander B. (615 pages), Mikka S. (976 pages), Avy L. (1,011 pages), Meryem M. (1,216 pages), Joss W. (2,248 pages), Elsie S. (2,252 pages), and Emilia H. (18,129 pages)
8th grade parents: The HMBHS PTO is hosting a Q&A for the incoming parents in the Cunha Library on Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00 a.m. Stop by for coffee and learn more about the transition from Cunha to HMBHS!
