We are thrilled to announce that thanks to the Michigan School Meals Program, EVERY child at Hemlock Public School District, pre-K through 12th grade, will now be able to enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast and lunch for FREE!

Not only will this amazing program lighten the load on your wallet (we all know kids can eat their way through a pantry), but it'll save you precious time in the morning.

Now, here's the nitty-gritty: Although the meals are free, we do need all our parents to fill out the new free/reduced lunch application. This data is super important as it helps secure state and federal funding for this fantastic initiative.

Here's to full bellies, vibrant minds, and the #huskietastic school year ahead!

🚍 Understanding school bus lights is crucial for keeping our students safe: 🟡 Amber lights | Prepare to stop. The bus is getting ready to pick up or drop off students. 🛑 Red lights + stop sign | Stop in BOTH directions. Traffic must stop no closer than 20 feet from the bus and remain stopped until the stop sign is retracted. 🚸 Hazard lights | Proceed with caution. 🚦Please be careful and respectful when driving near a school bus—they’re transporting our most precious cargo. Let’s work together to keep our kids safe.

One of our own needs our help. After a recent car accident, Michelle Wheeler is facing difficult times, and we're coming together to show our support.

Stop by Farmer's Home Tavern on October 5th for a BBQ Chicken Dinner from 12-5PM (or until sold out). All proceeds will go directly to this family.

Let's Rally Together And Show the Strength of our Huskie Pack!
