From the Desk of Dr. Ewell
Greetings, Spartan Families!
As we prepare for another great week at Smithfield-Selma High School, we would like to share a few important updates and reminders.
Keeping Academics at the Forefront!
Thank you for another wonderful week at SSS! As we continue through the second quarter, we encourage our Spartan families to remain actively involved in their students' academic success. Take a few moments each week to review grades, check for missing assignments, and have conversations about what your student is learning in class.
Remember, small, consistent efforts can lead to big achievements! Together, we can help our Spartans stay focused, motivated, and on the path to success.
Mark Your Calendars!
Please be mindful of these upcoming dates:
November 3: Teacher Workday – No School for Students
November 11: Veterans Day – No School
November 25–27: Thanksgiving Break – No School
Thank you for your continued partnership and support in making Smithfield-Selma High School a place where our students can learn, grow, and thrive.
We wish all our Spartan families a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable weekend!
Go Spartans!
Kindly,
Dr. Ewell
