Snook Elementary November 2026
Principal's Message
-
Happy November! As the weather finally begins to cool down and we enter this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank you for making our school such a wonderful place to be. October was an incredibly busy and joyful month for our school family, and we are so grateful for the energy and support you bring to our community.
October was packed with unforgettable highlights! We loved connecting with so many of you at our Homecoming Pancake Breakfast, our local National Night Out, and our wonderful Open House & Literacy Night—thank you so much to everyone who was able to join us. A huge thank you also goes out to everyone who shopped at our Book Fair; with your incredible support, we actually raised more funds for our school than we did last year! The fun continued inside the classrooms as we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month, made healthy choices during Red Ribbon Week, and showed off our creativity in our amazing Book Character Parade. We even managed to squeeze in some sweet memories for Chocolate Covered Pretzel Day! Most importantly, we took time to recognize the hardworking staff who keep our school running safely and smoothly during both Custodian Appreciation and National School Lunch Week. We also want to express our deep appreciation for the Snook Education Foundation; through their recent contest, they generously awarded one of our teachers $500.00 for her classroom, and we are so thankful for their continued investment in our educators!
As we move into November, I am continually reminded of how thankful I am for our students, our staff, and our supportive families. Wishing you all a wonderful month ahead!
Warmly,
Amy Bay
