5th Grade Kindness Post Office
5th grade is thrilled to bring back the Kindness Post Office again this year! This special project gives students an opportunity to spread kindness and gratitude throughout Glacier Ridge Elementary. Students can write letters, stamp them, and send them to other students and staff in our building.
The Kindness Post Office will officially open on Monday, December 8th, and the last day to purchase stamps will be Wednesday, December 17th.
● Black-and-white stamps cost $0.25 per row
● Colored stamps cost $0.50 per row
Each year, the Kindness Post Office donates its proceeds to an organization in need. This year, all funds raised will go to One Dublin to support families in our community during the holiday season. Thank you for helping us support kindness in our school and care for families in our community!
Cookie Dough and Pastry Sale Pick Up
Thank you for your support of our Cookie Dough and Pastry Sale this year!
**Pick up is scheduled on December 10, 2025 from 5-6 PM. **
For pick up, you will stay in your car, pull up to the car drop off lane and someone will help retrieve your order. All items must be picked up on December 10 as we do not have space to store items not picked up. Thanks again for your support!

We love outdoor recess! As temperatures are getting colder, we wanted to share our guidelines for recess:
20 degrees or below with windchill- all recesses will be indoors
21-25 degrees with windchill- lunch recess will be indoors, short recess will be outdoors.
26 degrees with wind chill or warmer- all recesses will be outdoors.
Remind your students to bring their coats, hats, and gloves as the weather gets colder so they can enjoy fresh air!
