Open Enrollment Requests and Admissions for 27-28
Open Enrollment Round 1 is now open! If your student is currently enrolled through Open Enrollment and you have an incoming Kindergarten student for 27-28, you will need to request Open Enrollment for the younger sibling to attend TTE. First Round Open Enrollment will open on November 2nd 8:00 am and closes on December 1st at 4:00pm. Open Enrollment Link
Admissions for students in our attendance zone will open on November 13th. This will be for all students grades K-12 District wide. If you have an incoming Kindergarten student, please plan to complete this as soon as possible when it opens so we can plan accordingly for our student numbers and staffing purposes. We will share that link when it is live as well.

Birthday Celebrations
We love celebrating birthdays with our students! You are always welcome to bring lunch and join your child for a special birthday meal in Town Square. If your child would like to invite a friend to join you, they are welcome to bring one classmate!
If you know the friend’s parents: Feel free to coordinate with them if you'd like to bring lunch for their child, too.
If you don't know the friend’s parents: To make sure we respect all family dietary preferences and food allergies, please have the guest child bring their own packed lunch or get a school lunch to bring to the table.
Show your children how to model their Pack Pride by using the wipes in Town Square to clean the tables/seats when finished so the next guests can enjoy a clean place to sit.
Please do not bring items that would go back to the classroom as a distraction for the afternoon. Thank you!
We look forward to celebrating your child's special day with you!
Musical Menagerie Performance on 11/14
Hi everyone!
If you don't know me, I'm the music teacher at Timber Trail! Outside of TTE, I play in the Rocky Mountain Flute Choir, and we're having a concert on November 14th that is catered towards children, so I wanted to invite all of you! This will be such a fun program, and I would love to see some familiar faces in the audience! It's completely free of charge and a wonderful way for children to experience live music!
I'm attaching the flyer as well, which has more details on it :)
Please reach out if you have any questions,
Camille Ringenberg

Pack Pride Parents
Welcome Pack Pride Parent Dads and Moms (Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles and Guardians) of Marvelous students!
We are looking for parent volunteers to help with lunch and recess! Pack Pride Parents is BACK! As a Pack Pride Parent, we're not asking you to be the teacher (the school has that covered-- Wheeww)! The goal of Pack Pride Parents is to be a positive role model and presence for our students. From sharing a warm smile or a heartfelt high-five to helping open those pesky pouches and tricky string cheese wrappers, a genuinely positive interaction can brighten a kiddo's day!
Please view these slides to see if this volunteering opportunity is right for you!
After viewing the slides and completing the orientation link, you can sign up to begin volunteering here.

Traffic / Streets Surrounding TTE
The City of Castle Pines has reached out to say that the HOA for the Crossing’s Neighborhood are sending emails to the City regarding parents going through the community to drop off and pick up their students. The residents in that neighborhood have reached out to say that they are privately owned streets, not for public use.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and realize our school being in the location it is with limited parking is not ideal. Please use the designated pull through process coming into and exiting the school. Thank you so much!
