Mesa Community Rattler Roundup
April 28-May 2, 2025

Rattlers of the Week!
Congrats to the following individuals for being amazing role models at our school! We are grateful that our school is filled with so many wonderful individuals who are doing great things. Whether they are at the top of their game or striving to reach new heights, we see them and we recognize them!
Wade Rodriguez (6th grade) for never needing to be asked or prompted to help pick up trash or put away chairs. He demonstrates humility, honor, and excellence in all that he does, and is respected by a diverse range of friends. He can be depended on to be fair, honest, and himself.
Abram Arredondo (7th grade) for being respectful and maintaining a high work ethic. His great attitude brightens up everyone's day.
Cayla Lessor (7th grade) for being accountable for her actions and working to making the right choices. She is kind and helpful to staff around campus and strives to do her best.
Ben Ochoa (8th grade) for making efforts to improve himself and create better habits while being a role model to those that look up to him.
Ms. Sanchez (staff) - for being a dedicated teacher who is always innovating ways to support reading and writing for 6th grade students.
Mrs. Medina-Mendoza (staff) - While juggling a full personal life, she is a strong, responsive student-centered teacher. She is respectful and helpful to her colleagues and students. We are so lucky to have her on campus!
Ms. Emma Ornelas (staff) - for her role in helping emergent bilinguals do well in all of their classes. She helps wherever she is needed on campus, including the monthly food bank, testing, or picking up other duties. She lends a helping hand to anyone without hesitation.
