Tigerbots Take First Place at Chesapeake High School Competition
This past weekend, the TigerBots had an incredible performance at their competition at Chesapeake High School.
Competing against 37 teams from across the region, the TigerBots finished the qualification rounds with an outstanding 16–2 record, earning the #1 overall seed. As the top ranked team, they captained the #1 playoff alliance, which went on to win the entire competition.
Throughout the event, you could hear people in the hallways talking about their robot and the impact they were making on the competition.
In addition to their victory, the team also received the Creativity Award, recognizing their robot’s innovative design and engineering.
Their success reflects the incredible talent, creativity, and engineering skill of our students.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our young engineers. I know your support means a lot to them.
