An Update from Jason
Hello All,
I hope you are well, had a great weekend, and all is good. I want to celebrate our collective achievement- the prom. It was a resounding success, only possible with Emily's exceptional work in organizing, planning, and setting up. Thanks to Whitney, Ally T., and Matt M for their chaperoning duties. The students looked stunning, and I'm sure they had a memorable time.
We are so close. This is a big week. Graduation, the last week of classes, and we are pushing to work with students to complete courses. Athletic playoffs continue, interviews for open positions continue, and the everyday end-of-year stress continues. We Got This!
The good news is that we await the school board to approve our new registrar appointment! Once finalized, we can announce the placement. That means we are only hiring for math and theater positions and Administrative Assistants.
We can count on one another for help, support, and connection. One of the best lines I heard last week was about llamas. One llama can watch the sheep—but two! There is no way- they just watch each other. Thank you, Whitney, for this! I loved it. Well, I am asking that we all work together as a collective of llamas to get our sheep where they need to be by the end of the year. I am not 100% sure what kind of noise a llama makes but imagine a llama and do your best imitation. Is it a Baa?
Please let us know how we can assist you, and thank you for all your work, time, dedication, and communication. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow and at our faculty meeting.
Sincerely,
Jason
