I hope all is well and that your busy week back from Thanksgiving went smoothly! Below are some time-sensitive reminders that I hope you find helpful, along with updates from the most recent leadership meeting I attended. I hope you have a relaxing weekend ahead!

Catch up on your wellness postings this week! Deadline is Monday, December 8.

Be sure to download and save a copy of your activity report. Wellness posting site will not be available after the deadline date.

Career Advisors, please remember to go in and check pending applications this week. There were 27 students in there on Friday that needed to be interviewed/slotted.

For those invited, thank you for your diligence in attending the Success Team Meetings for programs. Please continue to be active participants in these and sharing ways that you can help and support those teams.

Board Policy Manuals

• Please recycle any Board Policy Manuals that are not the current 2025-2026 manual. The updated one is on FT Connect for your reference.

Retirement Planning Meeting

• January 28th, 3:30pm-5:00pm, Board Room
• Anyone who has never attended a TRS informational session or who is considering retirement in the next two years
• Significant others are welcome to attend

Hot Cocoa

• If you are out and about on December 19th, stop by admin building and visit the Hot Cocoa Bar provided by the Executive Team.

FT Connect Maintenance

• FT Connect will be in read only mode on Monday, 12/8

• If you have a shortcut on a browser, you will need a new URL after Monday's update
