Collaborative, Innovative & Dedicated to learning for all.
Wildewood families,
Fall is officially in full swing, and we have a fantastic, event-filled week ahead of us. Our PTO has been working hard behind the scenes to plan some wonderful autumn traditions for our students and families, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.
Here are the exciting activities happening this week:
Pumpkins in the Park (October 18 from 2:00-4:00 at Wildewood park): Join us for a fun afternoon celebrating fall! Time to look for your pumpkins to bring to our painting party! They will have the paint... you bring your own pumpkin!
Trunk or Treat (October 23 from 7:00-8:00 at Wildewood): Get those costumes ready! Our annual Trunk or Treat event is happening this week. Students can safely trick-or-treat from vehicle to vehicle, enjoy games, and see some creatively decorated trunks.
A massive thank you to our hardworking PTO and all the parent volunteers who make these memorable events possible for our school community.
Mr. Kaiser
Principal, Wildewood Elementary

Wildewood Arrival & Dismissal Routines
Arrival
School doors open at 7:45am.
All doors close at 8am.
Students who arrive after 8am will need to be checked in at the front office by an adult.
Grade Level Door Assignments for Arrival & Dismissal
Students will enter and exit through their assigned doors. This will help with the flow of traffic in the parking lot and inside the building. Breakfast will be served on both sides of the building.
Dismissal Locations
As students dismiss, this is where their grade level will stand. Siblings & carpools will meet each other outside, and will stand with the youngest sibling's teacher. Students will remain with their teacher at this spot until 3:10pm.
Parking Lot Procedures (DROPOFF)
The procedures will remain the same as past school years. We are asking that the curb lane be used as quick drop off and pick up only. If you are getting out of your car, please use the lane along the parking spots.
** RED LANE**- This lane is for families that want to get out and walk their child to the gate. Please use this lane if you are needing to talk to a teacher/adult in the morning
** GREEN LANE**- This lane is for moving traffic. NO ONE SHOULD EXIT THE VEHICLE IN THIS LANE.
** YELLOW LANE**- This lane is for parents dropping off that are not getting out of the vehicle. Wildewood staff are available to help open and close doors and get your child out of the vehicle. NO ONE SHOULD BE EXITING THE VEHICLE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.
