CHECKING IN ATTENDEES
HomeTown Gate App
OHVA uses HomeTown Ticketing for recording attendance for F2F events allowing students to receive credit for attending a miniumium of four F2F events each year.
Hosts of F2F events will need to download the HOMETOWN GATE app to access the event and check in attendees.
If wifi is not available or not working on your phone, print the Sign In Sheet (link in button below) for a back up.
Check out the HOMETOWN BUTTON below for downloading the HomeTown Gate App and checking in instructions.
Contact Julene Knudson with any concerns, questions, or assistance.
Event RSVP's are REQUIRED
*RSVP's are REQUIRED for any F2F event or tour you host.
Without RSVP's, students will not get F2F credit.
