Dear MJ1 Families,

Due to current circumstances, we feel compelled to remind you that we have community resources available to help with food related needs. We have included a Google form sign-up for Hope in a Backpack, Thanksgiving Meals, and Christmas Meals. If your family is interested, please sign-up for the ones you would like and we will contact you with more information. We have also linked a food resource guide from FORK, Oneida, and Vilas counties with available food security resources in our area. If you have any questions, please reach out to either Ms. Bandur or Ms. Sandstrom.

Registration for the 2026-2027 girls youth basketball travel team is open!

Girls travel basketball registration 2026-2027

We are utilizing an online format via Playmetrics this year for registration. This will replace the paper/google form registrations. When registering your player please select the grade they will be in for the 2026-27 school year not their current grade. There is the option to purchase a new jersey if needed. And new this year we are offering an option to purchase a regulation size basketball that can be used during practices. Teams may have practices scheduled at different (non school) locations next season so bringing their own regulation size ball is encouraged.

Information regarding Lakeland area summer basketball camps and development sessions will be finalized soon.

For tribal members, we are trying something new for the process of payment from the youth funds committee. Please utilize the 'request for financial assistance' on the checkout page if your player qualifies for funding through the youth funds committee. This will place the registration on hold temporarily so a coupon code can be applied. Once this is done you will receive an email to complete your registration. Families will still need to fill out the required form and submit to the youth funds committee for approval. If registration fees are not approved you will be responsible for submitting payment to Lakeland Girls Hoops Club. Please use the attached flyer.
