Are your students coming home talking about the Treat Trolley? Wondering what it is all about? We are excited to share a look at our famous Treat Trolley—see the attached photo!

Students earn Thunder Tokens from teachers, bus drivers, administrators, and cafeteria staff by following the Dragon Way: Be Safe, Be Prepared, and Be Respectful.

Once every three weeks, the Treat Trolley visits each grade level on Friday during C&T. During this time, students may use their tokens to purchase a variety of fun and rewarding treat items.

The Treat Trolley is more than just a reward system—it provides meaningful learning opportunities. Students practice saving for larger items, budgeting for future visits, and demonstrating generosity as they help classmates who may not have enough tokens. These real-world experiences promote financial responsibility and positive character development.

We are incredibly proud of our dragons and the choices they are making each day. Please continue to encourage your students to follow the Dragon Way and earn those Thunder Tokens!

*Before February 1.

🌟 Is Your Student Ready to be on the Yearbook Staff for next year? 🌟

Calling all 7th grade students!

All high flying students who’d like to be on the team to celebrate the 26-27 school year have the opportunity to apply to be on next year’s Yearbook Staff! We are proud of the legacy we have created with our Yearbooks and can’t wait to get the new team together.

We are looking for organized, focused, determined individuals who are team playing goal-setters.

If selected, they will join the team in the fourth quarter of this school year to create the theme and start developing the book for the 2026-27 school year. This year-long connections class is an amazing opportunity for a small group of students.

The application is a Google Form. They will be asked to write a short essay and create a mock spread (double pages of a Yearbook). Both of these items will be linked into the Google Form. They will also be asked questions about plans for next year re: year-long connections classes. Remind your student to LOOK at a Yearbook before creating their mock spread - there are elements you will not want to miss!

The submissions date has been extended to February 15, 2026.
