Dear Oak Brook Families,

Our kindergarten students did a great job with the 3 Piggy Opera this week. As you may have noticed, signing in took a pretty long time. If you create an account ahead of time using the Raptor Safe App, the sign in process goes much more quickly. Directions to sign up for this are below. If you take a little time now, you will most likely save a lot of time in the future. Please note that grandparents may also download and use the app.

Just a reminder, if your child will not be at school it is always good to notify your child's teacher and the front office so we can make sure to mark the absence accordingly.

Note from the PTO Staff Appreciation Committee

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is coming May 4th - 8th. We want to treat our amazing staff to a boxed lunch on Friday, May 8th to show them how much we value their hard work. Help With Appreciation Week

Students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades will be taking Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) beginning next week. The testing dates are as follows:

3rd Grade - April 27 & April 28

4th Grade - May 5, May 6, May 7, May 8 & May 11

5th Grade - April 29, April 30, May 1, May 4 & May 5

The Parkway All-District Art Show will be held at the end of this month at Queeny Park. Please join us on Saturday, April 25, or Sunday, April 26, from 12:00–4:00 p.m. each day.

Artwork from students in preschool through 12th grade, representing all Parkway schools, will be on display. If your child has a piece featured in the show, Dr. McNealy will send a note home during the week of April 13—please be sure to check backpacks.
