Special Events Along the Great Road
The Power of Free Play
Unstructured free play offers numerous benefits for students that screen time simply can't replicate. It encourages creativity, problem-solving, and social skills while allowing kids to explore their interests at their own pace. Whether it's outdoor adventures, imaginative role-playing, or hands-on activities, free play fosters physical movement and cognitive development in ways that screens often limit. While technology has its place, making time for unstructured play helps kids build independence, resilience, and critical thinking skills—all essential for lifelong learning.
