5:15 load busses if we don't make finals

6:00 Arrive at CLHS, unpack and go home

11:30 Depart for CLHS

12:15 am Arrive and Unload

• 6:00 inspection/roll check etc
• 6:15 Depart for SVHS
• 7:00 Arrive and Unload
• 7:30 Pieper
• 7:45 Davenport
• 8:00 Canyon
• 8:15 Lake, load trailer after performance/watch SVHS
• 8:30 SVHS
• 8:45 load busses
• 9:00 Depart for CLHS
• 9:45 Arrive at CLHS - clean up band hall and go home
• we will unload the trailer on thursday

• 5:45 am band hall opens
• 6:15 am run through
• 6:45 end Runthrough, load trailer, get dressed etc.
• 7:45 depart
• 8:30 arrive/unload
• 9:20 warm up
• 10:00 perform
• 10:15 Video
• 10:30 pack up trailer and go back to school
• 11:30ish ETA back at CLHS

11:45 am Band Hall Opens

12:30 Run Through

1:10 End and Pack Up the Watley

1:10-2:20 eat, get dressed etc.

2:30 Depart for Heroes

3:45 Arrive, Unload etc

4:45 Warm Up Starts

5:30 Perform

6:15 Results

6:30 Load Busses and head to Buccee's

8:30 ETA back at CLHS
