Good Morning:
As a follow-up to yesterday's message, we are committed to maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Upon identification, it was determined that this incident was confined to an isolated area. Our Buildings and Grounds Department promptly and thoroughly treated this issue, following the best practices and guidelines to ensure our students and staff's safety and well-being.
In addition to the initial treatment, our team will continue to monitor the situation diligently. Regular inspections will be conducted in the treated area, as well as other parts of the school, to try and prevent any recurrence. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. We are also still following all student attendance procedures.
We understand that situations like this can be concerning, and we want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Bed bugs do not spread disease and are not considered dangerous, although some people can have an allergic reaction. More information can be found at the CDC:
