Hello Dimond Families!
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are taking place this week! High schools will hold conferences on Thursday, October 29, only. To provide families with additional opportunities to meet with teachers, students will follow a half-day schedule, with dismissal at 12:15 p.m.
We look forward to welcoming families into our building and encourage you to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to connect with your student's teachers, discuss academic progress, celebrate successes, and identify areas where additional support may be helpful.
To help you navigate the building, we will provide maps and have staff available to assist you in locating classrooms. Please come prepared with the names of your student's teachers. Better yet, we encourage you to bring your student along! Having students participate in these conversations helps foster ownership of their learning and strengthens communication between home and school.
Conference Schedule – Thursday, October 29
Afternoon Session: 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Evening Session: 5:00–8:00 p.m.
Please note that conferences will conclude promptly at 8:00 p.m. If you plan to meet with several teachers, we strongly encourage you to arrive early in either session to allow sufficient time for those conversations.
For your convenience, Thursday's adjusted bell schedule is provided below. Please review it with your student so everyone is prepared for the early dismissal.

PTSA Staff Appreciation Lunch – We Need Your Help!
Our Dimond PTSA Hospitality Committee is organizing a special appreciation lunch for approximately 100 teachers and staff members the theme is a "Bun•dle of Thanks". We're treating our amazing teachers and staff to a delicious lunch featuring favorite meals on a bun, plus sides, desserts, and beverages.
This is a wonderful opportunity to show our gratitude for the dedication, hard work, and care our staff provides to Dimond students each day.
Our Dimond community has already shown tremendous generosity, and we are grateful to everyone who has signed up to contribute! However, we still have several important needs to fill to make this event a success.
There are three easy ways to help, all available through the SignUpGenius link:
Make a monetary donation – Financial contributions help us purchase additional food and supplies.
Provide food or beverages – We are especially in need of hot dishes, side dishes, and beverages (Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper, and Sprite).
Volunteer your time – Help with setup, serving, or cleanup on the day of the event.
