Hello Slater Nation!

We have a busy end-of-year schedule! Some classes will be enjoying different field trips (Boston, Lake Bomoseen, Six Flags NE, etc.) that add to their curricula and celebrate an amazing year of learning. We also have a lot going on at school. We are "bumping" out current 8th-graders up for a mini-orientation on June 5th, holding our traditional "Y" Day celebrations on June 12th, recognizing students at our June 13th Awards Ceremony and National Honors Society inductions, and graduating our Senior class on June 14th!

The "Portrait of a Graduate" is a statement that captures what we value as a community for every student that graduates from FHUMHS. It is a living and breathing document that is reviewed and adjusted over time. FHUMHS is currently updating it Portrait of a Graduate. Community feedback was gathered during several events over the past four weeks. Our next steps are to take this feedback and finalize the FHU Portrait of a Graduate document. It is our hopes to role out this document for the 2024/2025 school year. Thank you for your support in this important process!

Our current 8th grade students will be 'stepping up' to observe Freshmen classes and begin to meet their teachers.

The annual "Y" Day will be held on June 12th. The Yearbook Club has worked hard to put together a wonderful book. They are also 'ramping up' "Y" Day with a number of new fun events!

Please join us to celebrate our students' amazing successes. The evening will be filled with recognitions and scholarships!
