We are beyond excited to announce that CRY-ROP is officially a 5-TIME California School Boards Association (CSBA) Golden Bell Award winner!

Our High School Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Course has earned this prestigious recognition, celebrating the incredible opportunities we provide students to gain hands-on experience, develop career-ready skills, and take their first steps toward a future in healthcare.

A HUGE congratulations to our dedicated educators, staff, administrators, and students who continue to make achievements like this possible!

CRY-ROP took it back to the '90s for Ambassador Day 2026! More than 130 student ambassadors came together at Crafton Hills College for a day of connection, leadership, and school spirit.

Students had the opportunity to connect with fellow ambassadors, build relationships, and celebrate their role as representatives of CRY-ROP.

CRY-ROP's Criminal Investigation students at Yucaipa High School joined the Yucaipa Police Department's 4th Annual Trunk-or-Treat on October 23, 2026! Students helped bring Halloween festivities to life while connecting with local families and community members.

The event provided a fun opportunity for students to get involved in their community while showcasing CRY-ROP's commitment to hands-on learning, student engagement, and community partnerships.

Slover Mountain High School celebrated Halloween with its annual Preschool Parade & Trick-or-Treat on October 28! This year's Scooby-Doo-themed event brought preschoolers and high school students together for a morning of creative costumes, sweet treats, and spooky fun as the little ones paraded around campus.

A special thank you to everyone who participated and helped create a fun and memorable Halloween experience for our littlest learners!

CRY-ROP Student Services joined the Colton Chamber of Commerce for a festive Trunk-or-Treat event, connecting with local families while sharing information about career training opportunities. With a spooky decorated trunk, treats, and program resources, our team enjoyed an evening of Halloween fun while strengthening community partnerships and highlighting the educational pathways available through CRY-ROP.

We are proud to celebrate Ashley Uraine, CRY-ROP Clinical Medical Assistant teacher at Yucaipa High School, on being selected as a 2027 California Teacher of the Year!

This prestigious statewide recognition celebrates Ashley's dedication to student success, her passion for career technical education, and her commitment to preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Ashley's achievement is a tremendous honor for CRY-ROP and a reflection of the incredible impact our educators make every day.

CRY-ROP is hitting the road for its 2026–2027 Counselor Roadshow! Throughout November and December, we'll be visiting seven partner high schools to connect with school counselors, showcase our Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, and highlight the hands-on learning experiences available to students.

These visits provide an opportunity to strengthen partnerships, explore career pathways, and share how CRY-ROP prepares students for college, careers, and beyond!

Each month, the G.O.A.T. Award—Greatest of All Time—is passed to a CRY-ROP staff member who has gone above and beyond through kindness, teamwork, creativity, dedication, or simply being awesome!

The current recipient proudly displays the G.O.A.T. trophy before choosing another deserving staff member from a different department to receive it next month.

This month, we are excited to recognize Allie from Fiscal Services for her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help others! Allie consistently uplifts those around her, always taking the time to recognize and celebrate her colleagues. Even when challenges arise, she approaches situations with patience, understanding, and compassion. Her supportive nature and encouraging spirit make a meaningful difference in the workplace.

The CRY-ROP Educational Foundation, Inc. enriches the experience of Career Technical Education students by serving as a catalyst and funding source for promoting and celebrating education success, encouraging lifelong learning, and contributing to students’ future career and educational goals. Funds raised through the Educational Foundation go directly to funding student award scholarships, which are presented at the annual Evening of Excellence.
