Throughout the month of September, all students learned about our three school rules: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, & Be Safe. We will continue to discuss these rules and school-wide expectations during the month of October. In October, students will be introduced to their first monthly leadership habit: Integrity. The focus will be that students make the choice to do the right thing even when no one is looking.
Students will continue to earn Flying High cards for demonstrating outstanding Cole Manor leadership skills. We had almost 400 winners during our opening weeks, and we are on our way to filling up the Flying High board for the 2nd time this school year. In addition to Flying High cards, students will also begin a Special Area score chart next week. Classes that earn 10s in special area classes will receive a reward at school.
Morning Drop-off & Dismissal Reminders
The earliest that students can be dropped off at school is 8:45AM. Students need to be dropped off by 9:15AM, or they will be marked tardy. If you are dropping your child off, please enter through the parking lot and drop your child off with the staff on duty. Please do not stop along Springview Road to drop your child off.
Dismissal begins every day at 3:25PM. Students cannot be dismissed early after 3:00PM. All parents/guardians should remain in their cars and enter the parking lot. Staff on duty will assist with getting students from the APR to your car.
