Important Reminders from the Dean Team

Phase 1B - Friday Asynchronous & Teacher Availability

The Phase 1B scheduled will begin on Monday, September 21 to align with the start of the 2nd 6-week grading period.

While Friday's schedule is asynchronous, teachers are expected to be available for a minimum of 20 minutes each block (half the class) for office hours/extra support. Please be sure to communicate your office hours schedule to all students so they know how to get support.

Teachers who need to be out on Friday DO NOT need to secure/request a substitute teacher, but teachers DO need to post asynchronous activities for students AND post their absence in Frontline

Jewish Celebrations Approaching!

The celebrations of Rosh Hashanah (Friday, September 18 - Sunday, September 20) and Yom Kippur (Sunday, September 27 - Monday, September 28) are approaching rapidly.

Please be mindful of assignments/work load during these dates. Thank you!

Individual Professional Growth Goals & Beginning of the Year Meetings

The individual goal template will be pushed out through Google Classroom next week (please see below for join code information if you are not already a part of the Google Classroom). Teachers are expected to complete the goal template and submit through Google Classroom by November 1st. Beginning of the year meetings with your supervisor are optional this year; please email your supervisor if you would like to schedule a time to meet and discuss your individual goal for the year.
