Safety Reminders for Parking Lot

Dear Caregivers -

We would like to share a few important reminders to help keep our pick-up and drop-off times safe and smooth for everyone.

• Please be mindful of your speed while driving in the parking lot. There are many students, families, and staff members walking through this area, and we want to ensure everyone’s safety.

• We have also noticed that pedestrians are having difficulty seeing around vehicles parked at the end of the sidewalk. To help with visibility and traffic flow, please be sure to park only in designated parking spaces and avoid blocking in other vehicles. Cars parked in the gravel area must remain accessible, as they may need to exit quickly in the event of a bus-related emergency.

• Additionally, when picking up a student, an adult must walk up to the side door to sign the student out. If you are unable to physically walk up the ramp, please contact the office, and we will be happy to make accommodations for your family.

Safety is always our top priority, and we truly appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us maintain a safe parking lot for everyone.

Sincerely -

Beth McCoy, Principal
