Dear Families,

On January 6 we are beginning a new them in our classroom, “Creative Me”. Children love to watch construction work. They are fascinated by big machines. On January 6 children will explore construction. They will learn the names of construction vehicles and how they are used. They will also be introduced to the different stages (steps) in building.

As a reminder, students need to be walked to the door as a safety precaution.

Tuition was due on 12/10/24. We still have unpaid balances! Please pay the tuition to prevent any students being excluded from our program!

LATE PICK UP FEES

Parents/Guardians of peer model(s) who pick up their child after the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a late fee equal to $1.00 per minute, per child. Teachers will be asked to complete a Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form for parents/guardians who pick up their child after the scheduled pickup time. Parents/Guardians will be asked to sign the Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form and will be given a copy before leaving the preschool with their child. The fee must be paid in cash or check to the receptionist at Clark Hall, 380 Granville St., Suite B. Gahanna, Ohio 43230 before the child can be admitted back to their preschool class. If there are more than six violations, then your child may be dismissed from the program.

If your child needs a medical statement, you should have received notification from the school nurse that it needs to be updated. You can find the medical statement below.

Exclusions will begin next week for immunizations and medical statements.
