25-26 RCES CHESS CLUB
All applications are due by September 18.
The RCES Morning Chess Club will meet each Thursday and Friday morning, beginning promptly at 7:10 a.m.
Our Chess Club is open to interested 2nd–5th grade students, and all skill levels are welcome. Participation in one or more district tournaments is encouraged but not required.
Please note: Depending on the number of applications, specific grade levels may be assigned to either Thursday or Friday sessions. A printed flyer will be sent home with your student after the September 18th deadline.
To sign up your child, please click the button below and complete the form. You will need to complete the form for each child that would like to participate.

- Drop-off begins at the gym at 7:00am.
- Please have your student ready to exit the car quickly to keep the arrival line moving
- Parents will not be permitted to walk students to class.
- If you arrive after 7:30am, please park in the upper VISITORS parking lot and walk your child to the front porch.
- Wait on the porch with your child until staff open the doors.
- Students may not be dropped off at the office prior to 7:25am.
🚗 Visitor Parking
If you need to park and walk your child to the front porch, please park in the UPPER parking lot. This helps keep traffic flowing and ensures safety for all students. Do not park in the fire lanes. And, do not park in the handicap parking spots unless your car has the designated tags. All students must have an adult walk with them to the front door.
