Student Advisory Council App to Reopen in Mid-April!

Calling all Career Prep students!

We are looking for enthusiastic students in grades 9 - 12 for our next cohort of the Student Advisory Council! As a Student Advisor, you will serve as an ambassador for your school and will share your experiences as a Stride K12-powered student through social media and focus groups. In return, you will receive swag, training, accomplishments to include on your resume and more... did we mention this is a part-time, PAID job?!

To learn more and apply when the application opens in mid-April, please visit: https://www.k12.com/stride-career-prep/about/student-advisory-council/application.html.

The deadline to submit an application will be May 8th, 2023. We expect the program will start at the beginning of next school year (around September 5th).

Please email stridesuccesscoaching@k12.com with any questions.

Provide Your Feedback!

As students, you are the heart of K12/Stride, and your feedback matters. In fact, feedback is essential to improving any service or product, including education. This is why students in grades 3-12 will soon be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your classes and teachers through a survey that will pop up on your launch page approximately 4 weeks before the end of the school year.

Your thoughts and opinions are valuable, and they will help your teachers and school administrators make informed decisions about how to improve your learning experience. By sharing your feedback, you can help create a better learning environment for yourself and for future students.

Your feedback can help your teachers understand what they are doing well and where they can improve. For example, if you find that a particular teacher's teaching style is difficult to follow, you can let them know through the survey. If you feel that a particular teacher has excellent communication skills, let them know.

It's important to note that the survey is optional, but we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. You will only be given the option to survey 2 times, so make sure you take the time to provide thoughtful and constructive feedback.
