I hope all of you have enjoyed your summer! We are working hard at Lee to prepare for a great school year. We are excited about all our incoming freshman and returning students and can't wait to see everyone at orientation and the first day of school this week. Please see the information below concerning all the important upcoming events and ensure you have completed PowerSchool registration for your student as it is required for your student to get a schedule and attend class. Also, please review our dress code with your child.

Seniors and Families of the Class of 2025:
KWaldrup Studio is the official photographer for Lee High School for the upcoming school year. We are looking forward to the summer and have so many options for your Senior to choose. Your school requires a Formal Drape/Tux for the Yearbook. Our traditional session will cover your requirements. Know that you can upgrade your Session and add on one of our many boutique add on options, just make sure to make arrangements with the studio when confirming your reservation (we may need to change your date and time to accommodate).

College Crash Course for Rising Seniors in Late July
It's time to prepare for college applications! Join HCS District College Counselors for helpful tips and information about the senior year timeline, college application process, scholarships, financial aid, essays, and transcript requests. HCS rising 12th grade students can attend the session that best fits their schedule. Session Options:
Grissom High: July 23, 2024 from 12:00PM-2:00PM in the media center
Huntsville High: July 23, 2024 from 3:00PM-5:00PM in the lecture hall
Jemison High: July 24, 2024 from 5:00PM-7:00PM in the VILT lab
Columbia High: July 25, 2024 from 10:00PM-12:00PM in room 128
New Century Technology High: July 26, 2024 from 3:00PM-5:00PM in the lecture hall
Lee High: July 29, 2024 from 3:00PM-5:00PM in the lecture hall
