The Riflemen Review

I'm so excited to start the school year. As your new principal, I cannot wait to meet everyone new and seeing the students and families from VACDES that I already know. The custodians, office staff, and teachers have been working hard to get everything ready for the students. A couple of announcements for what is coming up:

We have Open House/Back to School Night on August 5th from 3-6pm. Please come in the athletic doors by the gym at the bottom of the parking lot. There will be tables set up for transportation, PowerSchool, schedules, and many other things. This will also be a time to meet your child's teachers.

Schedules will be available through the parent portal on August 3rd. Please make sure you get on your Parent Portal through PowerSchool to fill out your Annual Student Information Verification for Returning Students. Your student cannot receive a Chromebook until these forms are filled out. Chromebooks will be handed out at school after school starts.
