On Thursday before break, our school came together to celebrate and recognize our students for meeting expectations. We will continue to practice the 5:1 positive-to-negative feedback approach—acknowledging the positive helps transform the atmosphere of our classrooms. We utilize LEAD tickets to acknowledge students. At the end of each trimester, we draw names of students who earned LEAD tickets. A total of 18 students in grades 3-5 earned a coupon for a free yo-yo, which they can collect This week. Additionally, the attached order form will be sent home with students on tomorrow.
