Knox Middle School
November 2026
Knox Newsletter
October was a busy and exciting month at Knox Middle School! We celebrated school spirit with Spirit Week and our first ASB Halloween Pep Rally, bringing students together for a fun afternoon of Bulldog pride. We also recognized students who demonstrated Bulldog Way Kindness and continued finding ways to celebrate the positive choices our students make every day.
Our campus was filled with culture, creativity, and community throughout the month. Students and staff worked together to build our Día de los Muertos ofrenda, and we enjoyed special performances from our Accordion Club, Haitian Culture Club, and Ballet Folklórico. We were also excited to welcome 5th-grade students from our feeder schools to Knox, where they had the opportunity to experience middle school life and participate in a hands-on science experiment with our students and staff.
As we move into November, Progress Reporting Period 2 has come to a close, and we are now making our way toward final Semester 1 grades at the end of December. We encourage families to continue checking student progress, attendance, assignments, and i-Ready growth and to talk with students about the goals they are working toward before the semester ends.
November is also a time for giving back. Our Knox community is preparing for our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, and we look forward to coming together to support Bulldog families during the holiday season. We are grateful for the energy, kindness, and school pride our students continue to bring to campus each day and are excited for another great month at Knox!
