Ecollect Forms will soon be available on all MAISD PowerSchool servers. The purpose of this email is to share what training resources are available to you.

Ecollect Forms provides a way for district staff to create forms directly inside of PowerSchool that can collect information from staff, parents, and students. The forms and information collected are housed within PowerSchool and can be used to update existing information in PowerSchool.

The MAISD PowerSchool team is happy to provide an individual training to each district. Please have your PowerSchool lead reach out to the team at the MAISD to schedule one for your district.

We have also arranged for PowerSchool to provide three Q&A sessions for all MAISD PowerSchool users on the following dates:

• Wednesday, August 10 @ 10:00-11:00 AM
• Wednesday, September 21 @ 2:00-3:00 PM
• Tuesday, October 4 @ 1:00-2:00 PM
