WHO'S UP FOR TRIVIA?
Do you know...?
...the Christmas classic "Jingle Bells," originally titled "One Horse Open Sleigh," was written by James Lord Pierpont in 1857 and intended for Thanksgiving celebrations, not Christmas, as it depicts sleigh races popular in New England and contains no mention of Christmas. It became a Christmas staple decades later after being performed during the holiday season, with no specific religious ties to either holiday
