Rise Up Class Visits Humane Society

On Tuesday 12/13, The Senior Rise Up class visited the Clinton County Humane Society. Over the past 6 weeks, the class has been working on a marketing project to create dog treat packaging. The students competed to create packaging and sales pitches, then worked together to bake the dog treats in the life skills room. When their classmate, Rosa Mendoza, passed away they decided to reinvent the packaging to honor Rosa and Prezzleigh. When they visited the Humane Society, the students were able to tour the facility and ask questions, interact with the shelter animals, and hand out their prepared treats. They had a great time!
